How Many Rebirth Sessions Are Needed and How Often?

The client decides how often and when to make an appointment. There is no set, pre-determined schedule or committment. However, realistically, a new Rebirth client wants to let go his old negatives that have constituted his basic attitudes or personal laws, and to do that he has to heal his breathing mechanisms so he can continue to breathe in the connected pattern when he's stressed, rather than holding or forcing his breath. Usually this comes about when the client re-experiences the moment he took his first breath at birth and lets go the negative impression that were established at that time. Generally, that takes 3 to 10 sessions.
Dr. Eve Jones and the other professional Rebirthers involved with Rebirth Associates of Los Angeles never require that a client commit to any given number of sessions and seldom book a client more than one session in advance.
Since the aim of healing yourself is to empower yourself and be in charge of your life, it doesn't make sense for anyone else to try to keep you coming back for more sessions if you don't think you want more.
Once the breathing mechanism is healed and the client has let go his major old negative beliefs, he can Rebirth himself without the need for a Rebirther to remind him to breathe rather than emote when emerging negatives momentarily take his breath away. He can remind himself to resume breathing, and thus let go the old negative coming up and then pass through into bliss. He can create this cleansing, refreshing experience for himself.
Even so, many people enjoy Rebirthing in the presence of another individual serving as Rebirther, and Rebirthing one another is commonly practiced in many relationships, including parent-child ones.
In a sense, Rebirthing is like making love or like an artistic experience or like any awe-inspiring experience. Most people want to repeat the experience because it feels good--and it feels good with or without company.
